  • Led teams of instructional designers (10) and subject-matter experts (3)—provided creative guidance, instructional design input, constructive feedback, inspiration, and professional development.

  • Designed and developed WBT modules for internal audiences: technical and operational training for technicians, analysts, and managers.

  • Designed and implemented a complete OJT program for Field Service Technicians that included instructor guides, assessment tools, and LMS tracking.

  • Designed an developed instructor-led courses, including instructor guides, participant guides, and other course materials for multiple products and audiences.

  • Designed WBT and instructor-led training programs for corporate clients such as Novell, ATT&T and Hewlett-Packard.

  • Used data analysis to ensure training realized measurable positive results.

  • Implemented science-based methods to increase retention and application.
