Challenge 

Long before microlearning was the hottest new trend in training, the CareFusion Field Service team needed a flexible training curriculum to meet the needs of new-hires and fill in gaps for current associates.

​

My Solution

Designed a highly modular microlearning curriculum comprising 70 WBT modules that could be taken individually, in a complete sequence, or in product-based or role-based packages.

Challenge 

Analysis revealed operational compliance issues caused by a lack of motivation and the need for behavior change.

​

My Solution 

Piloted the first use of microlearning animations to address these performance issues. Microlearning animations are now requested by teams across the organization.
